Art & Architecture

S. Cyprian's, designed by Sir Ninian Comper and built in 1903, is described in a lecture as "a spacious, whitewashed church of beautiful proportions and restrained detail." It is "a building dedicated to God in which, through the response of our senses to art and architecture, we may taste and see something of how gracious the Lord is."
